Couplant adaptor for all Port Inspection Handles for HotSense™ HS582i High-Temperature Ultrasonic Thickness Gauging Transducer. To be paired with our armoured dual micro-dot cable, or your own cable of choice (that fit the HS528i transducer).
Description
A spring mounted sheath which protects and maintains high-temperature couplant applied to the probe tip whilst assisting with probe alignment. Used in conjunction with a 2", 6" or 12" extension handle. Ideal for port inspections when coupled with the 6" or 12" handle extension.
Benefits
- Increase the speed of inspections by ensuring proper probe alignment and easy, even, application of couplant
- Reduce the time spent in hazardous, high-temperature locations
- Increase probe lifetime by preventing damage when inserting through ports
Applications
- Any extreme environment, or high-temperature spot or grid measurement
- Ideal for port inspections
